Return Eligibility

Aerthom India wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, hardware, and accessories intact.
• The item must not be a custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized product.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-built or made-to-order ergonomic furniture
• Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified
• Products with visible signs of use, damage, or wear
• Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
• Items missing original packaging, tags, or included accessories

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at workspace@aerthom.in with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. For large furniture items, we may arrange a pickup depending on your location and the size of the product.

Please do not ship a return without first receiving a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Aerthom India will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a free pickup. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Aerthom India is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit when the customer arranges shipping.

Inspection & Condition

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse. If the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria — for example, if it shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not in its original packaging — the return may be declined, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Inspection: 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
• Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days of passing inspection.
• Bank Processing: 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider (UPI, net banking, card, etc.).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Aerthom India does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, size, or configuration, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest possible processing and delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not discard the damaged item or its packaging until our support team has reviewed the claim and provided further instructions.

Consumer Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian consumer protection laws. If you have a complaint regarding a product or our services, you may also file a grievance with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
