The infinite backrest-locking system allows you to secure the backrest at the precise angle that feels right for your body, rather than limiting you to a few preset positions. Combined with a smooth synchronized recline of up to 140°, Origin delivers controlled movement for focused work, reading, reviewing, and moments of relaxed thinking.
An ergonomically shaped S-curve backrest follows the natural contours of the spine, providing continuous contact through the upper back and lumbar region. This helps reduce lower-back collapse and encourages more balanced sitting alignment during extended work sessions. The adjustable seat pan offers a depth range of 47 to 51 cm, allowing the seat to be matched more accurately to your leg length.
The Aerthom Origin Ergonomic Chair extends personalized support beyond the backrest with advanced adjustment systems for the arms, shoulders, head, and neck. Its multi-motion armrests provide 70 mm of vertical travel, 60 mm of forward-and-backward adjustment, and 360° dual-axis rotation for precise positioning throughout the day.
Because the arm support remains coordinated with the chair's reclining movement, your shoulders can stay more relaxed and your wrists better aligned whether you are typing upright or leaning back. This helps reduce the strain caused by armrests that remain fixed while your posture changes.
A fully adjustable headrest is included as standard with every Origin chair. With 75 mm of height adjustment, 90° support-arm rotation, and 150° pillow rotation, it can be positioned to support the cervical spine during reclined reading, reviewing, or thoughtful pauses.
Origin is available in two upholstery configurations. The Origin Luxe features premium hand-finished PU leather for a warmer executive appearance, while the Origin Air uses high-density breathable mesh for enhanced airflow. Both versions share the same high-strength nylon and aluminium-alloy framework and advanced ergonomic mechanism. Built from 20 years of restoration knowledge, Origin is backed by a comprehensive 12-year warranty, including three years of full mechanical replacement support followed by nine years of continuing service support.
